About the Role
We are seeking a legendary Disability Support Worker to join our team across various locations on the Central Coast, NSW. Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in living their best lives.
- Perform household tasks such as cooking and cleaning to support independence.
- Provide attentive listening and engage with clients.
- Foster positive experiences and good vibes in everyday interactions.
Requirements
- Must possess or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate and CPR qualification.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Possess a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Demonstrate experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience or a Cert III in a welfare-related field.
- Exhibit a strong sense of humor, patience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, including those who are not morning people.
