About the Role

FedEx is seeking a Dispatch Agent to manage cross-border trucking operations and ensure the timely and accurate completion of dispatching tasks for heavy weight shipments. This role involves monitoring on-road activities and adhering to defined processes and standards. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving operational anomalies, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
