  • Carry out basic checks on the motorbike or vehicle, including fuel, tires, lights, and overall condition.
  • Follow traffic laws, road safety standards, and company procedures at all times.
  • Report accidents, delays, or any operational issues immediately to the appropriate team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of roads in Accra, with the ability to use GPS navigation and adjust to changing routes.
  • Demonstrated safe riding or driving practices, along with a valid rider’s or driver’s license suitable for a motorbike or delivery vehicle.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, delivery applications, maps, and communication tools.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills, with a courteous and professional manner.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively while handling deliveries.
  • Physically able to ride or sit for long periods and lift packages that are light to moderately heavy.
  • Basic understanding of routine motorbike or vehicle maintenance checks.
  • Delivery, courier, or logistics experience is helpful, though not mandatory.
  • Good command of English; knowledge of local languages spoken in Accra is an added advantage.
  • Open to working shifts, weekends, and peak business hours as required.
