We are looking for a remote document specialist with strong Word and PDF expertise to support a range of contractual projects. Key responsibilities

  • Develop and revise content in Microsoft Word and PDF formats with careful attention to accuracy.

  • Maintain document organization, version tracking, and accessibility for ongoing project work.
  • Work with internal team members to review files, incorporate edits, and improve final outputs.

Skills and qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, including advanced document creation and editing.
