Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position is based in the United Arab Emirates and focuses on building, checking, and maintaining precise documentation for company formation, licensing, visa processing, and PRO-related work in accordance with UAE regulations. The role requires coordination with operations, PRO, and client-facing teams to keep records accurate, track document progress, and ensure submissions are completed on time.
Key Duties
- Gather client details and confirm that the information provided is complete and accurate.
- Prepare, update, and review forms, checklists, and process documents used for licensing, visa, and PRO activities.
- Ensure all paperwork follows legal requirements and internal quality standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to monitor document movement and address inconsistencies or missing details.
- Maintain organized records, control document versions, and support archiving practices.
- Contribute to improving templates, workflows, and documentation processes.
Qualifications and Profile
- A solid background in documentation or technical documentation, with the ability to produce clear and accurate materials.
- Exposure to technical writing or other regulated documentation environments, where accuracy and consistency are essential.
- Strong analytical ability to review rules, validate information, and detect errors or gaps.
- Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to handle several cases and deadlines at once.
- Previous experience with UAE government procedures, company setup, licensing, or visa processing is preferred.
- Comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace and basic document management tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Freshers may also be considered for a trainee-level opportunity.
