Job description

Role Overview

Sirva is looking for dependable, hands-on people to join warehouse and logistics operations in Singapore. The available openings cover several functions, including warehouse assistance, forklift operation, driving, and removalist/mover support. This role is suited to candidates who are practical, safety-conscious, and comfortable with physical work.

Key Duties

  • Sort, pack, arrange, and store items efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Apply labels and classify goods accurately.
  • Keep inventory information current and ensure stock records remain correct.
  • Prepare orders, handle processing tasks, and send shipments to the right locations.
  • Safely load and unload goods as part of daily operations.
  • Operate forklifts and related equipment when the role and licence requirements call for it.
  • Use warehouse tools and equipment carefully and in line with safety practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Applicants should bring a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • You should be able to work on your own as well as collaborate effectively with others.
  • The job involves manual handling, so good physical fitness is important.
  • A current forklift licence is needed for forklift operator responsibilities.
  • A valid driver’s licence is required for driver duties.
  • Experience in warehousing or logistics is helpful, though it is not compulsory.
  • Only candidates with valid, permanent work rights in Singapore, such as Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, can be considered.
