  • Make sure product content reflects a premium brand voice, strong storytelling, and polished visual presentation.
  • Support the rollout of new products, collections, and seasonal changes on the site.
  • Check website content for accuracy, consistency, and proper functionality.

Visual merchandising and content support

  • Assist with homepage changes, banners, and landing page refreshes.
  • Help shape digital merchandising so product placement and storytelling improve the shopping experience.
  • Work alongside creative teams on imagery, campaign assets, and product copy.
  • Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all ecommerce touchpoints.

Order handling and customer care

  • Support order processing, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Provide thoughtful customer support by email or chat when required, always in line with luxury service expectations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams as needed.

Reporting and performance analysis

  • Help monitor key ecommerce measures such as conversion rate, average order value, traffic, and best-selling products.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates.
  • Assist with A/B tests and site optimization activities.

Operations and administration

  • Support inventory coordination across online and physical channels.
  • Help manage promotions, gift-with-purchase activity, and special campaign setup.
  • Keep internal documents and operating processes organised and up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain creative ideas clearly to different internal teams.
  • Genuine interest in luxury fashion and a strong visual sensibility.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital retail, or luxury, fashion, or beauty settings.
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar systems.
  • Experience with Matrixify would be advantageous.
