Job description

About Doppel

Doppel is creating an AI-driven defense platform for social engineering threats. Its technology helps protect executives, employees, customers, and brands from phishing, impersonation, fraud, and other AI-enabled attacks across digital channels. The company supports major brands by detecting attacker infrastructure, reducing risk through training and simulations, and combining digital risk protection, human risk management, and email security into a live intelligence graph that supports faster response and stronger security awareness at scale.

Supported by investors such as Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners and used by major enterprises, Doppel is a fast-growing Series C company focused on modern trust and safety challenges on the internet.

The Role

Doppel is seeking an Education Manager to design, run, and expand learning programs that enable employees and customers to adopt the product effectively and gain value from it. This role owns the ongoing creation, upkeep, and delivery of learning materials, documentation, and knowledge assets so that learners always have current, useful, and engaging resources as the platform changes.

The company values a workplace built on respect, support, trust, clarity, and collaboration, with an emphasis on doing practical work that solves real problems for customers and teammates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update learning journeys, onboarding tracks, certification programs, assessments, AI-driven simulations, role-play exercises, and similar learning assets that reduce ramp-up time, improve readiness, strengthen proficiency, and support product adoption for both employees and customers.
  • Oversee Doppel’s learning content environment, including product documentation, knowledge libraries, GTM Buddy spaces, learning tools, and AI-enabled learning experiences, making sure users can quickly locate, understand, and apply information.
  • Work with Product Managers, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Support, and other experts to develop, maintain, and control educational materials, documentation, and knowledge resources through processes that keep content accurate, easy to find, and aligned with changing products, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Run certification and assessment programs so they continue to reflect current product knowledge and learner readiness.
  • Use AI tools and newer technologies to create, update, organize, and scale content and learner experiences efficiently.
  • Monitor learner participation, adoption trends, assessment performance, and feedback to find ways to improve onboarding, product usage, learner capability, and business outcomes.
  • Assist with live training sessions, workshops, and enablement efforts when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, technical training, knowledge management, technical writing, or a similar area.
  • Proven experience developing and expanding learning programs, certification tracks, documentation, knowledge assets, or educational content that improved learner capability, adoption, onboarding, or customer results.
  • Background working with cybersecurity products, customers, or practitioners, with working knowledge of cybersecurity terminology, concepts, users, and workflows.
  • Experience creating content governance, review systems, standards, and operational processes that keep information accurate, scalable, and manageable.
  • Strong knowledge management and content operations skills, including organizing, maintaining, and improving learning and documentation ecosystems.
  • Experience evaluating education program performance and using engagement, proficiency, adoption, or business-impact data to improve results.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, knowledge platforms, content repositories, and current AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Ability to use AI and emerging tools to create, curate, organize, and scale learning content and experiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, content structuring, and information architecture capabilities.
  • Skill in simplifying complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging material for different audiences.
  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where products and priorities shift quickly.
  • A curious, practical, creative, and resourceful approach to solving problems.

Perks and Benefits

  • Meaningful equity participation in the company’s growth.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility.
  • Flexible paid time off, full health coverage, and parental leave.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth setting where contributions have immediate visibility and impact.
