Job description
Role overview
As a Kérastase Educator, you will play a central role in strengthening the capability and performance of partner salons. Reporting to the National Education Manager, you will help hair professionals expand their expertise by delivering high-quality training across Kérastase products and services.
What you will do
- Lead engaging learning sessions both in person and online, including academy-style programs and in-salon product demonstrations, so salon teams stay ahead of current hair trends.
- Work with Business Consultants to design and roll out education plans that support growth in retail product sales and service income for salons.
- Represent the brand in educational events and promotional activities that showcase the luxury, innovation, and expertise of Kérastase.
- Serve as a trusted partner to salons by sharing specialist knowledge, coaching teams, and helping them strengthen and expand their business.
What we are looking for
You should be a motivated, people-focused professional with a strong interest in the hairdressing sector and a clear drive for results. The role suits someone who enjoys coaching others and naturally builds strong working relationships.
- You can create and deliver training content that is engaging, relevant, and effective for a live audience.
- You understand how education supports commercial outcomes and can help position educational offerings to meet business goals.
- You communicate technical information clearly and can influence salon partners through strong relationship-building.
- You keep the needs of the salon and its clients at the centre of your approach.
- You adjust well to changing priorities and collaborate smoothly with internal teams to achieve shared outcomes.
