About the Role

This opportunity is with Triad Associates, part of the Concordia Wireless family, a national construction services company focused on building and upgrading wireless communication infrastructure for telecom networks. The team supports major carrier projects, including transitions from 4G to 5G, and delivers work across construction management, electrical and civil upgrades, antenna and line tower work, tower maintenance, fiber optic deployment, commissioning and integration, directional boring, trenching, and excavation.

The company is looking for candidates in an electrical apprenticeship program to support civil and tower construction activities. In this position, you will complete a range of jobsite tasks while working under the guidance of a Licensed Master Electrician or Supervisor to help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards.

Full-time positions are available in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.

Compensation

Pay is hourly and depends on both experience and the stage reached in the apprenticeship program. An annual bonus is also offered.

Responsibilities

  • Fit, service, and restore electrical equipment used on cell towers.
  • Coordinate closely with construction teams and project managers to stay aligned with schedules and deadlines.
  • Carry out regular upkeep on wiring and electrical systems.
  • Ensure electrical work on site meets client quality expectations while also staying within planned labor hours.
  • Understand the materials and control components used in field electrical installations at cell tower sites.
  • Read drawings, sketches, software outputs, and plans to choose the right methods, tools, and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Review cell tower sites against plans and specifications, identify issues, and help correct deficiencies.
  • Support and enforce safe work practices during installation and service activities.
  • Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; and complete terminations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Current enrollment in an approved apprenticeship program.
  • Dependable work habits and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Safety-focused mindset with knowledge of jobsite safety practices.
  • Ability to work well with a team and follow directions.

Work Conditions

  • Work takes place mainly outdoors and may expose you to changing weather conditions.
  • Shifts can include long hours, nights, or weekends depending on project needs and timelines.
  • The role is physically demanding and may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
