About the Role

Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd is hiring for its Kuruli, Chakan location in Pune. The position focuses on keeping plant equipment and utility systems running reliably through electrical and automation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle electrical upkeep, shop-floor operations support, robotics maintenance, PLC-related support, utility systems, and powder coating maintenance to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Diagnose faults in machines and electrical systems, then carry out the necessary corrective actions.
• Carry out scheduled checks and preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and unplanned stoppages.
• Coordinate with other teams to find and implement improvements in plant performance.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements without exception.

Work Schedule

This is a 6-day work week role with 8.5 working hours per day, operating on shift basis.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics, or a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical engineering.
