Role Overview
PepsiCo is looking for an Electrical Engineer to lead shift maintenance operations in the assigned area at its Riyadh Region site. The role focuses on carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance safely, efficiently, and within cost targets while supporting plant reliability and production performance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee quality, cost, service, and people management across shifts with support from technicians.
- Carry out maintenance plans to keep equipment operating within engineering standards.
- Address technical issues in the assigned area, ensure suitable corrective actions are taken, and assist other supervisors when needed.
- Make sure all safety policy requirements are followed.
- Apply and maintain AIB standards.
- Spot improvement opportunities and back initiatives that raise quality, productivity, safety, and cost efficiency in coordination with production teams.
- Keep department spending aligned with budget limits and guidance from the line manager.
- Prepare and share daily reports covering shift activities.
- Support the ongoing improvement of the OH&S Management System in line with legislation, PepsiCo GEHSMS, and relevant EHS standards, ensuring hazards and risks are controlled and OH&S targets are met.
Requirements
- A proactive self-starter with strong technical thinking and leadership capability.
- Degree in electrical, mechanical, electronic, or instrumentation engineering.
- At least 3 years of industrial experience.
- Ability to read plans and schematic drawings relevant to the field of qualification.
- Strong fault diagnosis and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to organize and coordinate planned activities effectively.
