Job description

Role Overview

The Employee Contractor position at Solenis in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa is a full-time on-site operations role focused on daily reporting, stock tracking, process validation, and coordination with operators and the Account Manager.

Key Duties

  • Take part in scheduled meetings, including morning check-ins.
  • Prepare CIP and TT reports and align them to the relevant KPIs.
  • Track and log stock quantities on a daily basis.
  • Produce a daily usage report and maintain an action log for each report.
  • Submit all completed reports to the Account Manager before the shift ends.
  • Complete the daily report and daily titrations.
  • Record stock levels at Bulk Concentrate CIP stations.
  • Inspect equipment and make sure spare parts are available on site.
  • Carry out CIP validations.
  • Collect data and issues raised by operators.
  • Oversee stock receiving activities.
  • Verify that the operator task list has been finished.
  • Ensure all daily operator actions are completed.
  • Confirm that every task assigned by the Account Manager to the technician has been carried out.
