Role overview
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global End to End Process Manager for the SV Supply Planning team in Limerick, Ireland. This 12-month contract supports supply planning performance by improving data quality, strengthening system capability, and partnering with teams across functions to enhance planning efficiency.
The position is based in Limerick with a hybrid setup. The role requires onsite presence three days per week, and the location note also references two onsite days per week.
Hours for this contract are 39 per week.
Key responsibilities
The role centers on end-to-end supply planning process and system ownership, with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee requirements, setup, maintenance, and optimization of global supply planning systems, working with technical support where needed.
- Keep planning systems current with accurate data and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Lead initiatives designed to lift performance and efficiency across global supply planning.
- Review supply chain data and turn it into accurate planning capabilities and actionable insight.
- Create dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and support business decisions.
- Build a roadmap for analytics support in planning and work with reporting teams to deliver it.
- Monitor progress to make sure the roadmap is delivered across the team.
- Partner with planning and technical stakeholders to shape and execute process, systems, and capability improvements.
- Help communication flow between departments so improvement plans are understood and adopted.
- Identify workflow improvements that simplify planning and increase efficiency.
- Promote leading planning practices across the wider planning organization.
- Train team members and end users on planning systems and standard processes.
- Serve as a contact point for system questions and support requests.
- Ensure planning practices follow relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Keep up with industry changes and new technologies to support ongoing improvement.
Candidate profile
To succeed in this role, you should bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related area.
Applicants should have demonstrable experience in supply chain planning, strong knowledge of supply planning systems and software, and the ability to work confidently with complex data and reporting tools.
The role also calls for solid project management ability, familiarity with process improvement methods, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred systems experience includes SAP and OMP.
