Role Overview

The End User Computing role is based in Vijayawada and focuses on hands-on support for client systems and end-user technology environments. The position involves troubleshooting, coordinating fixes, and ensuring smooth functioning of laptops, desktops, software, networks, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure client workstation systems and related devices.
• Handle incoming IT support requests from users and provide support on-site when needed.
• Work with OEMs and other vendors to close hardware-related issues.
• Visit client locations to identify and resolve software, network, or hardware faults.
• Take ownership of priority P1 and P2 incidents and deliver suitable resolutions.
• Fix hardware breakdowns, software glitches, and networking failures.
• Assist with asset tracking, project work, and data center-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues that require multiple touchpoints.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
• Keep accurate work logs and prepare job status reports.
