About This Role
Airbus Australia Pacific is seeking recent Engineering Graduates for its 2026 Graduate Engineering Program in Richmond, NSW. This program offers a structured 18-month pathway with 2-3 rotations through different business units, providing on-the-job training and exposure to various engineering teams. Graduates will work on Fixed Wing aircraft (C130J Hercules), contributing to design and in-service support. The program includes mentoring, tailored courses, and a rotation in the Deeper Maintenance team. Successful candidates will gain experience in developing, reviewing, and managing engineering tasks, supporting in-service products, and creating airworthiness instructions under Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR).
About You
Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a strong passion for aerospace and aviation, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Avionics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, or a similar discipline. They should possess high personal and professional integrity, be adept at working in dynamic team environments, and capable of investigating technical issues and reviewing documents. Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance, with successful criminal history and pre-employment medical checks (including drug and alcohol screening), is mandatory.
