Role overview
As an Enterprise Market Development Representative, you will focus on creating qualified opportunities that advance through the sales pipeline and support revenue growth across EMEA. This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Manager, MDR.
Key responsibilities
- Build new pipeline and uncover business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Own territory planning and shape an effective outbound approach.
- Run multi-channel prospecting campaigns to introduce Docusign’s value and understand customer needs.
- Increase awareness of the brand and products in the UK and Ireland through regular email and phone outreach.
- Book strong meetings for Account Executives with prospects showing real potential.
- Maintain accurate prospect records in the CRM system.
- Balance cold calling, relationship building, sales process execution, and appointment setting.
Required background and experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong command of English.
- Dutch or a Nordic language is required.
- Exposure to sales cycles and solution-selling methods.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and similar business tools.
- Ability to learn and adopt new technology quickly in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven success in outbound sales or business development.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication in speaking and writing.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Comfort with AI-enabled sales, research, and productivity tools such as Gong, LinkedIn, Glean, Gemini, and Notebook LM.
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
Work arrangement
This role is hybrid. You will split your time between office and remote work, with access to an office location required. The expected in-office presence is a minimum of 2 days per week, though this may vary by team and business needs.
