Key Responsibilities
Operations and Administrative Support
- Offer routine administrative help to internal teams across the business.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and support meeting preparation.

- Keep workflows organized and contribute to smoother operational processes.
Office and Process Coordination
- Update internal documents, shared files, and operational tracking tools.
- Support onboarding tasks, including paperwork and coordination with team members.
- Handle data entry, maintain records, and complete basic reporting tasks.
- Look for ways to simplify administrative procedures and improve workflow efficiency.
Communication and Collaboration
- Act as a reliable contact for internal operational requests.

Systems and Data Management
- Keep information current in internal systems and databases.

Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, operations, office support, or a similar area; internships are also acceptable.
- Strong organizational ability and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or comparable productivity tools.
