Role Summary

The Scheduling & Reservations Coordinator helps keep client operations running smoothly by processing scheduling requests, arranging reservations, and keeping records accurate and up to date. Core Responsibilities

  • Handle scheduling and reservation requests using the company’s established procedures.

  • Keep calendars, reservation logs, and related records accurate and current.
  • Track deadlines and make sure confirmations, adjustments, and updates are completed correctly.
  • Support day-to-day operations by following internal processes and quality expectations.
