Job description
Role overview
A fit-out contractor in the North West is hiring an Estimator to support a period of strong growth across multiple sectors, including national rollout programmes, leisure, and commercial office fit-outs. The work is mainly design and build projects, typically valued at up to £5 million.
What the role involves
You will take the lead on bid pricing and work closely with the commercial manager and the wider pre-construction team to help secure new work.
Working arrangement
This position offers a hybrid setup, with the option to work from home two or three days each week if preferred.
Package
The salary for this role is between £50,000 and £60,000, plus a car or car allowance.
Experience required
To be considered, you must already have experience in fit-out projects.
