Role Summary
This part-time, on-site internship in Scottsdale, Arizona focuses on supporting off-site events and private hat bar experiences. The position is hands-on and gives exposure to event operations in a fast-growing retail environment that prioritizes customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and running off-site events and private hat bar activations.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication with internal team members and vendors.
- Support event communications by handling emails and making calls to clients.
- Help organize setup and teardown details to keep events running smoothly.
- Monitor event flow and step in where needed to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- Place product orders when required to support event needs.
- Track attendance, gather guest feedback, and prepare simple event summaries or reports.
- Contribute to ongoing event improvement efforts through basic operational support.
Qualifications
- Background or interest in event planning and event operations, especially for off-site or private events.
- Comfortable communicating clearly in both spoken and written formats with guests, teammates, and outside partners.
- Interest in marketing, including event promotion, social media support, and brand visibility.
- Willingness to help with training and onboarding support for event staff or volunteers when needed.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Guest-first attitude with a friendly, polished, and inclusive approach.
- Current student or recent graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
