Job description
Position Overview
This role is responsible for designing and delivering premium experiences that reflect the sophistication, accuracy, and exclusivity associated with Porsche, Bentley, and Lamborghini. The Events Manager will own a wide range of experiential programs, including high-profile dealer incentive trips and elevated events that strengthen the visibility of the financial services business.
The position requires close coordination with internal teams and outside partners so every activation runs smoothly and creates meaningful impact. Acting as a brand ambassador, this person will help build desire for the brands, deepen audience engagement, and encourage long-term loyalty.
The work is fast-moving and varied, so strong organization, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to handle several priorities at once are essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct the planning and delivery of customer, dealer, and internal events for Porsche Financial Services, Bentley Financial Services, and Lamborghini Financial Services while reinforcing the luxury image of the brands.
- Manage end-to-end event operations for PFS across the U.S., including venue sourcing, supplier negotiations, event registration, contract handling, tax reporting, PR/PO coordination, onsite support, and post-event review.
- Work closely with experiential and brand OEM teams to integrate Financial Services and PAI into each activation.
- Handle dealer-focused programs such as incentive travel experiences, F&I roundtables, new model launches, and dealer training sessions.
- Support internal gatherings such as all-team meetings, holiday celebrations, and team-building events.
- Coordinate customer-facing experiences such as Rennsport activations, The Amelia, Monterey Car Week, Porsche Club activations, and sports marketing programs as scheduled in the annual calendar.
- Support investor-related events, including capital markets and investor meetings.
- Develop executive agendas, run-of-show documents, and talking points, maintaining consistent brand standards and smooth execution.
- Manage event budgets and financial targets while coordinating agencies, vendors, and supplier teams across catering, vehicle transport, and logistical support.
- Oversee event technology, including web portals and apps, and prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials for stakeholders.

This position comes with broad autonomy and a high level of decision-making responsibility. The role is expected to deliver complex, high-visibility events with minimal oversight, so sound judgment and strong leadership are important.
