Role Overview
Rithum is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative and operational support to executive leaders. The role acts as a dependable partner, helping leaders stay effective through calendar coordination, meeting planning, travel arrangements, communication support, and collaboration across teams. Success in this position requires discretion, sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several priorities in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate demanding executive calendars across multiple time zones while balancing priorities, conflicts, and shifting business needs.
- Set up internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, team gatherings, and other business events.
- Plan domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, local transport, itineraries, and related expense support.
- Organize agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and action items before and after meetings.
- Assist executive leaders with daily operational needs so work moves smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up tasks to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- Maintain orderly records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and care.
- Act as a liaison for executive leaders with internal teams and outside contacts.
- Write, review, and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Develop effective working relationships across functions to support collaboration and execution.
- Use judgment to prioritize requests, resolve calendar issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Help plan executive meetings, offsites, and cross-functional events.
- Use productivity and AI-enabled tools to improve organization, communication, and administrative efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a complex, fast-paced business setting.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management abilities, with a strong eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information carefully and professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and handle multiple priorities at once.
- Hands-on experience with executive calendars, travel coordination, meetings, and business communications.
- Comfort using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and similar applications.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to improve drafting, analysis, prompting, and documentation.
- Preferred: background supporting leaders in SaaS, technology, or other high-growth companies.
- Preferred: experience coordinating executive meetings, offsites, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
Additional Information
This position requires travel up to 10%.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 140,000 per year. Final pay may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience.
This role also includes a discretionary bonus equal to 10% of annual base salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package and, where applicable, sales incentives.
