Job description

Overview

A leading global media and entertainment business is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant on a temporary 2.5-month assignment. The role supports a busy content-focused team and offers the chance to contribute immediately in a fast-moving, creative setting.

This position is hybrid, with five days in the office, and the intended start is as soon as possible. The compensation is £185 to £200 per day.

Role Summary

As a dependable partner to senior leaders, you will help keep the team running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The ideal person will be flexible, resourceful, and comfortable working across a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of complex diaries that change frequently, covering multiple senior stakeholders and different time zones.
  • Arrange international travel end to end, from initial planning through final execution.
  • Handle expense submissions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with team activities, events, and miscellaneous project work as needed.
  • Step into the team quickly and start contributing from the first day.
  • Develop effective working relationships and communicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Between 5 and 10 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant for senior leaders in a busy environment.
  • Background in a global media and/or entertainment company.
  • Strong organisational ability, flexibility, and a steady approach under pressure.
  • Sound decision-making skills, with the confidence to work independently and manage priorities well.
  • Polished communication style, paired with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
