About the RoleThis position is for a Technology Engineering Executive Assistant based in Bengaluru. The role supports leaders in the India site and reports to the VP of Engineering. It suits someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working across functions, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.The company is focused on helping secure identities across both AI and human users by providing trusted infrastructure for organizations. This opportunity offers meaningful work within a rapidly growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesRun and coordinate several demanding calendars with precision.Arrange travel for international trips and related logistics.Plan team gatherings, social events, offsites, and similar activities.Partner closely with headquarters engineering and administrative teams.Handle expense submissions and related administrative processes.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, team members, and other contacts.Coordinate logistics for visitors coming from India and abroad.Own and drive projects that support the Engineering team and the local site.Required Experience and QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience assisting vice presidents in an engineering environment.Comfortable communicating professionally with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to complete projects on schedule, within the planned scope, and within budget.Strong working knowledge of GSuite, Box, WorkDay, and Slack.Hands-on experience with scheduling and collaboration platforms used on the web.Experience coordinating complex calendars and logistics across multiple global time zones.Excellent time management and strong attention to detail.Ability to learn new systems quickly and use technology to improve efficiency.High level of discretion and the ability to keep business matters confidential.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Positive, energetic approach in a high-paced setting.Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions independently when needed.Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with different personality types.Skilled at managing several assignments at once and setting priorities effectively.Experience organizing company events and controlling costs.Ability to create and sustain vendor partnerships.Additional InformationThe role is onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
