Role details

This position is primarily remote, but it does require occasional in-person support near Palo Alto, California.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the CEO’s and CTO’s personal and business calendars, ensuring schedules are planned and managed ahead of time.
• Handle calendar coordination, scheduling, and time management.
• Manage incoming and outgoing email communications.
• Arrange travel, lodging, and offsite or retreat logistics.
