Role overview
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders with day-to-day coordination and high-level administrative work. The role calls for someone who can stay organized, handle communication professionally, manage schedules, and assist with preparation for important meetings and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars and coordinate appointments.
- Organize, prepare, and support executive-level meetings.
- Handle emails and document requests on behalf of executives when needed.
- Create presentation slides, meeting summaries, and other executive documents.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of work experience is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is needed.
- Prior experience coordinating multiple priorities, administrative tasks, and logistics is important.
- The candidate should be highly organized, attentive to detail, capable of managing several tasks at once, and strong at following up.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills are expected.
- Fluency in two languages is mandatory.
