The firm is known for a collaborative, diverse, and supportive environment with a shared focus on sustainability and innovation. The role suits an ambitious EA who can work independently, move quickly, and bring a calm, high-trust presence at senior level.
Salary for the position is AED 25,000 to AED 40,000 per month, plus bonus and full benefits.
Key duties
- Run a complex calendar and inbox, prioritising demands and resolving clashes before they become issues.
- Organise international travel from start to finish, including detailed itineraries across several time zones.
- Act as a trusted point of control for the Partner, staying ahead of needs and filtering priorities effectively.
- Manage investor-facing communication, external correspondence, and stakeholder relationships with professionalism.
- Provide support with personal and household logistics, including family travel and private arrangements.
- Prepare polished briefing packs, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Help coordinate meetings, events, and wider business initiatives.
- Support and mentor junior administrative staff while working closely with the broader EA team.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with complete discretion.
Candidate profile
The employer is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with previous experience in private equity. You should be highly organised, meticulous in your work, and comfortable building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
A proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach is important, along with strong communication skills, discretion, and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting. A hands-on attitude and genuine enthusiasm for partner-level support are essential.
