Role overview
Atlantic Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a fast-moving investment management platform. The role calls for a polished, dependable professional who can keep executive priorities organized while working closely with a collaborative team.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee demanding, high-volume calendars and coordinate meetings across internal teams, external partners, and multiple time zones.
- Act as a professional representative for the executive team when communicating with clients, investors, board members, partners, and senior leaders.
- Prepare meeting-ready materials such as presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other business documentation.
- Work with administrative colleagues across the organization to manage logistics for meetings, projects, and special initiatives on a global basis.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including airfare, hotels, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle expense submissions, invoice processing, and related administrative paperwork promptly and accurately.
- Support special projects, strategic efforts, and other ad hoc tasks, both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Provide occasional personal support and manage urgent requests with sound judgment and discretion.
Required experience and attributes
- At least 5 years of experience assisting senior executives, ideally in financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or similar professional services settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in dealing with executives and outside stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational ability and a proven track record of handling competing priorities, changing deadlines, and complex scheduling.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- A highly organized, proactive, detail-focused, and resourceful approach, along with good judgment and confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
- Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture.
