About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do

  • Draft and issue invoices or statements, follow up on payments, and log business expenses.
  • Collect information about market and industry patterns and turn it into comparison reports.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system for documents and keep company records organized.
  • Manage team schedules and calendars, and make sure clients are ready for meetings.
  • Build travel plans and coordinate itineraries for executives.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives as an Executive Assistant.
  • A bachelor's degree or a relevant certification course.
  • Strong English communication ability, both written and spoken, at B2 level or above.
  • Excellent organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Comfort using technology, along with word-processing tools and spreadsheet software.

Preferred Background

  • Prior use of scheduling platforms and digital calendars such as Google Calendar.
  • A self-starter mindset and openness to training.
  • Exposure to desktop sharing tools, cloud-based services, and VoIP systems.

Compensation and Perks
