What this role looks like day to day

This position sits in an environment that values execution, structure, and accountability as much as big-picture thinking. You’ll work across different functions, but your main focus will be delivering outcomes, handling your responsibilities end to end, making quick decisions backed by data, and keeping essential operational work such as reporting, documentation, and process adherence in strong shape.

Success in this role depends on getting the basics right consistently and using that discipline to support broader business goals.

Key responsibilities

You will manage air cargo reservations, customer follow-ups, and cargo handover processes with accuracy and efficiency. The role also involves reviewing bookings for gaps, resolving issues quickly, and supporting customers in using Teleport Cargo systems and workflows.

You will be the main contact for assigned accounts, maintain strong working relationships, handle queries and escalations, and coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams to keep service quality high. The role also includes monitoring customer satisfaction, supporting onboarding and retention, and contributing to business growth efforts.

Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager may also be part of the position.

Requirements

You should have a solid understanding of the full reservation and cargo handover flow, along with strong coordination skills for working with customers and internal stakeholders. Clear communication, prompt follow-up, and the ability to manage relationships professionally are important.

Attention to detail is essential, especially for data entry, documentation, and compliance. The role also calls for process discipline to help avoid revenue leakage. Experience with SmartKargo is preferred.
