The Expeditor acts as the key connection between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, making sure every dish is prepared accurately, finished on time, and reaches guests at the standard expected. This role is centered on speed, accuracy, and consistency, with every plate leaving the pass treated like the final presentation of the restaurant.
