Job description
Position summary
As a Fashion Associate with Walmart Canada, you’ll play an important role in the retail team by supporting customers, maintaining fashion stock, and keeping merchandise presentation standards high. The role combines customer service, merchandising, and store upkeep, with a focus on safe, organized, and clean operations.
You’ll be part of a team that plans and carries out day-to-day priorities, including the setup and execution of seasonal displays and arrangements. If you enjoy retail and helping shoppers, this position can be a strong fit.
Key duties
- Deliver friendly, helpful service by welcoming customers, guiding product choices, helping them find items, promoting products and services, and addressing issues or escalating concerns when needed.
- Support a safe and hazard-free workplace by following company procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and making sure fixtures and displays remain secure.
- Handle the processing and stocking of fashion merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and customer-ready.
- Set up and present non-modular fashion items.
- Use the correct fixtures and supplies, replacing them when needed.
- Apply signage according to the modular plan.
- Restock and display seasonal merchandise promptly.
Pay
The starting hourly wage for this role is $16.50. Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste débute à 16.50.
