The team gathers information in situations where automation cannot do the job, including counting features, taking photos, recording video, capturing speech, and scanning locations in detail to support better decision-making. Their teams operate across Europe and North America and are open to new assignments.
Project summary
This assignment is focused on collecting visual and geographic information to help improve online mapping applications.
Job purpose
The company is seeking pedestrians/surveyors in selected European countries. Each person will be issued a special backpack fitted with a camera on top. The main responsibility is to walk from one location to another within the assigned area so the camera can capture the surroundings.
Work schedule
The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with working time of 6 to 8 hours per day.
Requirements
- Strong physical fitness, as the work involves around 5 to 6 hours of walking each day
- Clear and effective communication abilities
- A sharp eye for detail
- English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
- Valid driving licence
- Eligibility to travel
- Prior experience in data collection is an advantage, though not mandatory
