Position overview
For the store in Magdeburg, we are looking for a full-time branch manager who will take charge of day-to-day retail operations, lead the local team, and help drive the continued growth of one of Europe’s fastest-growing retail businesses. The role offers varied responsibilities, frequent product changes, and opportunities to develop a long-term career within the company.
Working hours
The position is based on 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the store team with support from the deputy branch manager
- Take ownership of the store’s appearance, ordering process, presentation standards, and daily operational tasks
- Handle people management, including rota planning and supporting employee development
- Support recruitment and help build the store team
- Work closely with regional management to review results and store performance
Profile and expectations
- Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of responsibility
- Good communication skills to motivate the team and support development through feedback
- Availability for 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, including regular evening and weekend shifts
- Willingness to complete an 8-week onboarding period in one of the company’s training stores in Germany
