Finance Manager

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a Finance Manager based in Doha, Qatar, to take charge of accounting and finance activities across several group companies. The role calls for someone who can combine hands-on financial management with strategic thinking, while helping improve business performance and supporting decision-making at leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting functions for multiple companies within the group.
• Build and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow estimates.
• Track profitability, project expenses, customer billing, collections, and overall financial health.
• Handle payroll processing, WPS, payable and receivable records, and banking tasks.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, internal financial controls, and Qatar regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, government departments, and other external parties as needed.
• Deliver financial analysis and practical recommendations to guide management and support growth.

Requirements

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to think strategically.
• Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial management.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience overseeing finance operations across more than one entity.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with a business-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi, spoken and written.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting systems.

Compensation

Salary range: QAR 8,000 to QAR 10,000 per month, plus FAT (Food, Accommodation, and Transportation).

Additional Information

This role requires managing finance operations in a multi-company environment and working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders in Qatar. The position is full-time and office-based in Doha.
