Job Overview

The Financial Analyst role at Noble House Trading & Services is responsible for supporting the finance function across the group of companies. This position focuses on detailed financial evaluation of sales performance, business growth opportunities, and market comparisons, while also contributing to modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The goal of the role is to help guide business decisions, support profitability, and keep financial objectives on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Review sales information to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, and suggest ways to strengthen performance across product lines and regions.
• Evaluate potential business development opportunities by building financial models and forecasting the impact of new investments or expansion plans.
• Carry out competitor and market comparisons to generate practical insights that support stronger positioning and better profitability.
• Study pricing approaches, cost structures, and margins, and recommend pricing changes where needed to protect profitability.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning, while comparing actual results against budget and explaining variances.
• Prepare financial reports, summarize important findings, and assist with management presentations.
• Work with supply chain and procurement teams to assess inventory movement and help improve stock levels.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align financial objectives with wider business plans.

Qualifications

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline, along with at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the retail sector. The candidate should be comfortable using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools, and must be able to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance audiences. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in reporting, solid analytical thinking, and the ability to handle several priorities in a fast-moving environment are essential.
