About the role
A premium consumer brand in London is seeking a Finance Director to help guide the business through its next stage of expansion. The company is a multi-site growth story with ambitions to become a leading name in its category. This is a high-impact opportunity to design and lead a modern finance function from the ground up in a fast-growing environment, working closely with the Founder and senior leadership.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily finance operations while contributing to wider business growth.
- Create finance processes, reporting structures, and internal controls that can scale with the company.
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Work alongside the Founder on commercial and operational decisions.
- Improve site profitability through stronger margin management and cost discipline.
- Support fundraising preparation and investor reporting.
- Strengthen financial systems, visibility, and governance as the business grows.
- Contribute to long-term financial planning and operational strategy.
What makes this opportunity stand out
- Chance to build a finance function rather than step into an existing one.
- Strong exposure to strategic leadership decisions.
- Entrepreneurial, fast-moving setting with real momentum.
- Direct influence on commercial outcomes and expansion plans.
- Clear scope for progression as the organisation scales.
Who this role suits
This position is aimed at someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-growth business and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery. The ideal person will be commercially minded, proactive, and confident partnering with founders and senior leaders.
Requirements
- Pragmatic, commercially aware, and focused on practical solutions.
- Background in consumer, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site businesses.
- Good understanding of unit economics and site-level performance drivers.
- Ability to design efficient finance processes without unnecessary complexity.
- Comfortable working closely with founders and executive teams.
- Driven by growth, pace, and building long-term business value.
