Job description
Role Overview
This position is focused on keeping daily fleet activities running smoothly by arranging vehicles, monitoring their condition, and supporting teams working in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle movement and allocate vehicles as needed.
- Keep track of vehicle condition and flag any faults or concerns.
- Assist operational staff during field-based work.
- Make sure trips follow planned schedules and route requirements.
- Record fleet activity and maintain simple operational logs.
Requirements
- Completed SSC/secondary school education.
- 3 to 4 years of work experience in Qatar.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Good understanding of local roads and route networks.
- Hands-on experience operating medium-sized vehicles.
- Physically capable of outdoor duties and shift-based work.
- Working knowledge of basic vehicle upkeep.
