Job description

Role Overview

This position is focused on keeping daily fleet activities running smoothly by arranging vehicles, monitoring their condition, and supporting teams working in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange vehicle movement and allocate vehicles as needed.
  • Keep track of vehicle condition and flag any faults or concerns.
  • Assist operational staff during field-based work.
  • Make sure trips follow planned schedules and route requirements.
  • Record fleet activity and maintain simple operational logs.

Requirements

  • Completed SSC/secondary school education.
  • 3 to 4 years of work experience in Qatar.
  • Comfortable communicating in English.
  • Good understanding of local roads and route networks.
  • Hands-on experience operating medium-sized vehicles.
  • Physically capable of outdoor duties and shift-based work.
  • Working knowledge of basic vehicle upkeep.
