Role Overview

The Floor Staff team member will help keep daily operations running smoothly while contributing to an outstanding guest journey. This position involves welcoming visitors, handling orders, delivering food and beverages, keeping the venue tidy, and making sure the darts experience flows without interruption. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain an upbeat and inviting environment.

Key Requirements

• Clear and confident communication, with the ability to interact well with guests and teammates.
• Strong guest-service focus and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences.
• Previous experience helping train others or supporting team development is beneficial.
• Comfort with suggesting menu items or add-ons in a way that supports sales.
• Ability to stay effective in a busy, fast-moving, high-energy setting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed in hospitality.
• Experience in food and beverage, entertainment, or hospitality roles is an advantage.
