RURTECH FOR ARAYANS LLP is working to close the technology gap in Indian agriculture, where a very large share of farmers still do not have access to modern digital tools even though mobile and internet usage has grown. A major barrier is that many existing solutions depend on reading text, which excludes a large number of rural users. To address this, the company is building AI-led products such as AI Bhoomi that can share useful information like weather updates, market rates, and government scheme details without requiring text-based interaction, helping farmers access services more easily.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Lucknow for a Founder's Office professional. The selected candidate will work closely with the founder on strategic priorities, own and deliver important projects, carry out detailed research, and use data analysis to inform decisions. The role also includes preparing presentations, managing coordination with both internal teams and outside stakeholders, and helping ensure that the company’s plans are executed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Support the founder in driving key business initiatives and strategic workstreams.
Manage and follow through on high-priority projects from planning to execution.
Research relevant topics thoroughly and turn findings into actionable insights.
Analyze data to support business decisions and track progress.
Create clear and professional presentations for internal and external use.
Coordinate effectively with different teams and stakeholders to keep work moving.
Help align day-to-day execution with the organization’s broader goals and vision.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have strong capabilities in strategic thinking, project coordination, and execution management. Solid research skills, analytical ability, and a practical approach to solving problems are important. Good written and verbal communication, along with careful attention to detail, will be needed for this role. The person should be comfortable working with varied teams and stakeholders, and should be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly in a changing environment. Exposure to or interest in agritech or rural development will be considered an advantage. A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Public Policy, or a related discipline is expected.
