About the Company

Equip-Bathrooms Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based supplier and installer of custom luxury Italian bathroom products. The company focuses on shower enclosures, wellness fittings, and bathroom wares for premium residential and hospitality projects. It works closely with design professionals to provide thoughtful specifications and responsive support, positioning itself as a dependable partner for refined bathroom spaces.

Role Overview

This Founder’s Associate position is a high-growth opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a business is built and scaled from the inside. You will partner directly with the founder and help expand awareness and revenue for two premium Italian bathroom brands: Vismaravetro and We are iB.

The role suits a candidate who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships with affluent customers, and contributing beyond day-to-day execution. You will be based at the Project Office in Siglap and will have access to training and presentation materials. The company is looking to develop the right person into a General Manager track, with future potential for profit sharing as part of the management team. This position is intended as a real seat in strategic decision-making, not just an operational support role.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for representing the company’s Italian bathroom brands to both design professionals and end users, while helping convert interest into revenue.

  • Present and promote the brands to designers, architects, and end customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations both online and in person.
  • Turn qualified prospects into closed sales.
  • Work alongside the founder on strategic growth and business development efforts.
  • Contribute to the creation of an effective digital marketing approach.

Requirements

  • Prior exposure to sales is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in design and premium bathroom aesthetics.
  • Confident communication and presentation ability, including virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • Strong command of English and good people skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and dependable.
  • Able to work on your own as well as collaboratively.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in any field is acceptable. Fresh graduates may also apply.

Working Arrangements

  • The role follows a 4.5-day work week with a hybrid arrangement.
  • Monday to Friday hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Alternate Saturdays are half-days from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation

The package includes a base salary plus an attractive sales incentive programme.
