This team is building AI-powered voice agents for B2C businesses so customer conversations can happen naturally at scale. The goal is to replace outdated, frustrating support experiences such as long wait times, rigid phone menus, and repetitive explanations with more useful and human-like interactions. The product is already being used by major consumer businesses, and the company is focused on helping customers build, launch, and continuously improve AI voice agents that deliver real business impact.

The working style is fast-moving, hands-on, and strongly AI-driven. The team values ownership, speed, humility, and a low-ego environment, and uses AI tools extensively across engineering, product, and go-to-market work.

About the role

This position is designed for a highly ambitious technical or product-oriented person who wants to found a company in the future. You will work closely with the CTO on the most urgent day-to-day priorities and help move key initiatives forward.

What you may work on

• Supporting recruiting efforts to bring strong engineering talent into the company.
• Planning and running hackathons, events, and other talent-facing activities.
• Investigating product and customer challenges to help guide the product roadmap.

What the team is looking for

The ideal candidate moves quickly, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and communicates with clarity. You should be comfortable receiving direct feedback, care more about the company’s most important priorities than personal preferences, and be deeply comfortable working with AI tools. Strong product intuition and a technical background from a top university are also expected.

This role is based in Berlin and is onsite. It is a part-time position.
