Job description
Role overview
Gopuff is looking for a Founder's Associate focused on special projects to help drive the next stage of growth. This position sits close to the executive team and involves tackling high-priority, often unclear initiatives that may span supply chain, finance, product, operations, growth, or market expansion. It is suited to someone who is highly resourceful, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-pressure situations.
What you will do
- Take ownership of strategic initiatives that have not yet been clearly defined and convert them into concrete plans and execution.
- Lead early-stage projects across product, operations, and growth, from initial concept through testing and eventual scale-up.
- Work across teams to identify inefficiencies, remove blockers, and implement quick, evidence-based fixes.
- Review complex datasets and market signals to shape business cases and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Support the executive team by preparing materials for board discussions, investor relations, and important external collaborations.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate brings 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a fast-paced strategy or operations role at a high-growth startup. Strong financial modelling and data analysis ability is essential, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required; SQL or data visualisation tools are a strong advantage. You should be comfortable working independently, taking full responsibility for outcomes, and handling shifting priorities with sound judgment. Clear communication and stakeholder management are important, especially when dealing with people at different levels of the business. The role also requires someone who can stay composed in ambiguity, structure messy problems, and move quickly without losing quality.
Who this role suits
This role is a strong fit for someone who wants variety rather than routine, enjoys seeing how many parts of a business work together, and wants direct exposure to high-stakes decision-making and scaling challenges. It also suits candidates who value speed, practical action, and the confidence to challenge assumptions while still being willing to handle hands-on work.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and mental health support for eligible employees
- Company RSUs (restricted stock units)
- Employee rewards, including brand partnership offers
- Career development opportunities
- Annual performance review and bonus
