Role Summary

The Founder’s Office role is a high-responsibility position based in Dubai, UAE, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO. The selected professional will coordinate across internal departments, outside partners, and UAE authorities, ensuring work moves forward efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the main point of coordination for the Founder and all relevant stakeholders. You will handle communication and follow-ups with banks, consultants, PROs, and vendors, while also supporting compliance tasks, renewals, and regulatory paperwork. The role also includes tracking priorities, monitoring action items, ensuring timely delivery of tasks, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in a Founder’s Office, CEO Office, executive assistant, or operations role. Strong skills in liaison management, communication, and follow-through are essential. Prior exposure to UAE regulations and compliance coordination will be an advantage. The role suits someone who is well-organized, proactive, and strongly focused on execution.

Compensation

Salary is competitive and will depend on the candidate’s experience, aligned with Dubai market standards.
