Role Summary
The Fountain Installer 2 leads the installation process for fountain equipment and supports related service and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and remove fountain equipment as required.
- Work with customers, sales teams, and contractors to coordinate installations and related activity.
- Keep parts inventory organized and accurate.
- Prepare clear written updates in Mobilizer.
- Support service calls when needed.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid driver’s license is required, along with ongoing compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
- Must follow PPE requirements and company safety policies.
- Dependable, on-time attendance is an essential part of the role.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Should maintain a neat and professional appearance in line with company standards.
- Must protect company assets and follow security expectations.
- Ability to use company-provided tools, systems, and technology.
- High school diploma or GED, or 6 to 12 months of relevant experience/training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Must be willing and able to obtain CCNA certification.
- Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, or other flexible scheduling needs.
- Basic hand-tool proficiency is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities are needed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
Physical Requirements
This position follows the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Safety-toed shoes are required when operating powered industrial equipment, working around powered industrial equipment, doing fleet maintenance, handling palletized product, using hand trucks or dollies for deliveries, performing cooler services, and similar tasks.
