What You Will Do
In this position, you will work with different data sets to uncover patterns, identify trends, and support decision-making through reporting and analysis. The role involves hands-on exposure to business data and close collaboration with the broader team.
Key Duties
- Gather data from multiple sources, then clean, structure, and organize it for analysis.
- Review datasets to spot trends, relationships, and meaningful patterns.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visual outputs that clearly present findings.
- Track important performance indicators and help monitor business metrics.
- Support analytics-driven projects across different departments.
- Check data for accuracy and protect the reliability of information used in reporting.
- Work with teammates to improve reporting workflows and documentation.
- Maintain records of data processes, methods, and reporting practices.
Skills and Background
Applicants should have a basic grasp of data analysis concepts, along with good numerical ability and an analytical mindset. Comfort with Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics tools will be an added advantage. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and clear communication are also important.
Education Preference
A background or degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. However, candidates who may not match that exact background but bring relevant skills and a strong eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
Growth and Work Environment
This role offers a supportive, team-oriented setting where you can gain practical experience in business intelligence and analytics. You will get exposure to real-world data, guidance from experienced professionals, and chances to strengthen both technical and analytical capabilities. Training, mentorship, career development support, and a competitive salary and benefits package are included.
