Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Assistant in Wildau, Germany. The role is centered on creating a welcoming first impression for guests and ensuring the reception area is organized and professional at all times. You will be the initial contact for visitors as well as for inquiries received by phone and email, while also helping keep office operations running efficiently.

What you will do

You will manage front-desk activities and handle a range of administrative tasks that support the office and internal teams.

  • Greet visitors and manage the reception area in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and respond to email inquiries.
  • Oversee mail handling for incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Experience managing phone systems, including multi-line calls, and responding to emails professionally.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting room bookings.
  • Good clerical and administrative abilities such as preparing documents, entering data, and keeping records.
  • Very good written and spoken English; German is a clear advantage.
