Role Overview
Poms & Associates is looking for a highly organized Front Office Assistant to help keep daily office activity running smoothly. This part-time, temporary-to-hire position is based onsite in Calabasas, CA and focuses on front desk support, CRM record upkeep, administrative coordination, and providing backup coverage for office coordination needs. The role works under the direction of the Marketing Manager and office leadership.
Compensation & Schedule
The starting pay is $22.50 per hour. The schedule is part-time, averaging about 20 hours each week, with occasional overtime when business needs require it.
Key Duties
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including sending calendar invitations.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain CRM information, including list cleanup, tag management, and adherence to documentation standards.
- Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, and routing them in a professional manner.
- Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a polished and professional reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room usage, including conference room setup and related logistics.
- Accept deliveries, manage outgoing shipments, and sort/distribute incoming mail.
- Track office supplies and support ordering and restocking as needed.
- Carry out general clerical and administrative work that supports overall office operations.
- Take on additional projects, research, and assigned tasks as needed.

- Ability to follow established procedures and workplace standards.
