Fullstack (React JS + Node JS) Engineer

Role overview

Join a Bengaluru East, Karnataka-based fullstack engineering team focused on delivering modern digital features across the frontend and backend. The role involves building production-ready applications with ReactJS and Node.js, improving performance, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ship reliable releases.

What you will do

• Develop complete product features end to end using ReactJS on the client side and Node.js on the server side.
• Convert product needs into maintainable user interfaces and backend services that work smoothly together.
• Create reusable UI components, common utilities, and scalable engineering patterns that support faster delivery.
• Design REST APIs and server modules with clear contracts, input validation, and robust error handling.
• Connect backend systems with frontend flows while maintaining consistency, stability, and good performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows, along with secure handling of application data.
• Write unit and integration tests, and contribute to code reviews to support code quality.
• Improve frontend rendering efficiency and backend response times through analysis and tuning.
• Work closely with designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver polished releases and incorporate feedback.
• Contribute to AI-assisted capabilities such as recommendations, summarization, or workflow automation where relevant, while keeping the experience safe and useful.

What we are looking for

• 2 to 3 years of practical experience in fullstack development.
• Strong command of ReactJS and Node.js.
• Solid grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and current frontend development approaches.
• Experience in building and consuming APIs, managing application state, and linking frontend and backend processes.
• Working familiarity with testing practices, debugging, and Git-based version control.
• Educational background in BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA, or an equivalent level of practical experience.
